Monica moved to the Triangle area of North Carolina in the fall of 2012 from California and now shares her time between Durham and Charlotte. Her love for kayaking, mild seasons, and natural forestry attracted her to the beauty and versatility of the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area as well as Greensboro & Charlotte. Monica created The M Homes Group through her committed efforts to educating and counseling clients with the highest level of expertise in the local market.
