Angola Bay, Wallace, NC 28466

Property Description

Located near Wallace in Pender County North Carolina, this is an incredible tract of hunting land with some of the best black bear habitat to be found in the eastern United States. It is located a very remote area over 6 miles from the end of Stokestown Road. The tract is accessed by a 60 foot wide deeded easement. Wilmington and Jacksonville are located around an hour away. The habitat consists of mature pines with some hardwoods and very heavy understory growth that provides premium bedding cover for wildlife. Black Bear, Deer, Turkeys, and Small Game can be hunted on the tract. Heavy bear sign was observed during my site visit. There is an existing trail along the north property line. The 34,000+ acre Angola Bay Game Land borders the tract on 2 sides. No deed restrictions. The property is priced well below appraised value. If you are looking for prime wildlife habitat that you can develop into a quality hunting tract, take a look at this one!
