Property Description

Beautiful wooded land with frontage on new 221 4-lane. Property is accessed right off 221 with 60ft Right of Way from NCDOT. Located across the 4 lane from the new Fleetwood Fire Department. Property sits above 221 and has a gentle slope with a fairly flat ridge line at the top of the property. There is an existing well on the property that served the former Fleetwood Fire Department. Property would be suitable for townhomes, multi family, or apartments to support housing shortage in the High Country, with convenient access to West Jefferson, Boone and Wilkesboro.
