Property Description

BACK ON MARKET AT NO FAULT OF ITS OWN!! Now is your chance!!! Step into this beautifully renovated 1917 cottage and instantly feel at home. Offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,322 square feet, this one-of-a-kind home perfectly blends the warmth and character of its history with the comfort and dependability of modern construction. The previous owner and her family poured their heart and soul into bringing this home back to life. This was far more than a cosmetic renovation—from the framing beneath the floors to the rafters in the attic, nearly every part of the home was thoughtfully rebuilt or updated. Major improvements completed in 2020 include the septic system, HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, and so much more. It offers the charm of a historic cottage with the peace of mind and fresh feel of a newer home—without the typical new-construction price tag. Inside, the stunning kitchen features granite countertops, a large center island, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious pantry accented by charming sliding barn doors. Waterproof luxury laminate flooring flows throughout the home, and every inch of the floor plan has been carefully designed to maximize both function and comfort. The primary suite offers a beautiful private retreat with a custom 6-foot walk-in shower and double vanity. A natural gas water heater, gas-log fireplace, and countless custom touches add even more warmth and convenience. Outside, relax on the spacious screened-in back porch overlooking the generous 0.84-acre lot. The property also includes two outbuildings, one of which is wired for electricity, providing additional space for storage, hobbies, or a workshop. This home represents years of vision, hard work, and love. Every detail tells the story of a family determined to preserve its original character while creating something beautiful, comfortable, and built to last. Homes with this much heart—and this many thoughtful improvements—do not come along often. Schedule your private showing and experience everything this special cottage has to offer.
