Latoya Holder

Latoya Holder is a true southern belle and was born and raised in Clinton N.C.  As she entered her adult years, she moved to Wake County where she currently resides with her husband, daughter and dog Jax Cooper. Latoya has been passionate about real estate by having firsthand experience with buying and selling real estate. She has worked in local government for over twenty years serving the citizens of North Carolina. During this time, she began her real estate journey with obtaining her license. Latoya is here to ensure a seamless and rewarding real estate experience. When Latoya is not working with clients she enjoys traveling, gardening, reading and spending time with her family.
